Stang-Aholics Now Offers An Integral Power Steering Conversion For Your 1965-EARLY67 Classic Mustang. The Conversion Box Is A New Modern Integral Power Steering Gearbox. It Provides True Modern Power Steering Feel, Feedback And Sporty 14:1 Ratio. This integral power steering box will eliminate the excess play in your factory steering system by removing your old steering box, power ram and leaky control valve system with a new integral steering box. With this new system, your power steering will be crisp, responsive and will not have all the extra play in the steering wheel common in the original power steering system! Please see notes below about using your stock OE Ford Pump. We also offer a kit with a new Saginaw pump that provides great fluid pressure to this new integral box.

Special Notes

The kit comes with a MODERN Steering Box to bolt directly to the factory mounting location and to fit the stock pitman arm without any interference or modification of the shock tower. It provides true modern power steering feel, feedback and sporty 14:1 quick steering ratio box.

Technical Notes

Please Note: 1965- Early 67 Mustangs will require replacing column shaft. A replacement shaft is included in the kit.
Factory Ford Pumps work fine with these Kits above Idle but will offer very little power assist under 800 RPM's. We can special order a PS to PS Kit with a modern Saginaw Pump that is more effective at Lower RPM's.
Will not fit manual transmission cars with factory equalizer bar. If you have a factory equalizer bar, you will need to purchase our modified equalizer bar below for installation.
**Due to the fact that there are 8 possible kits for 1967, some will cross-over to listed kits, and others are available as special order, so please call.**
