Mustang Small Block Ford Headers, BLACK Coating, For IFS Kit

1964 - 73 Ford Mustang Doug's Small Block (260, 289, 302, 351W) Engine Long Tube headers. Designed to work with TCI Or Heidts Mustang II Style Front Suspension conversion kits that remove the factory shock towers. Headers finished in Black High temperature coating for durability & rust resistance. Will fit standard rectangular exhaust port size of 1.5 Inch tall by 1 Inch wide. 1.75 Inch Primary Tubes and 3 Inch Diameter Collectors. These headers are not designed to fit with the factory shock towers.

Install Notes

Manual Transmission Cars will require the use of either a cable or hydraulic clutch. Stock equalizer or Z bars will not clear the header. Also fits with Modern drive line T5 Cable clutch kits and AOD (automatic overdrive) transmissions. Will fit standard rectangular port size of 1.5 Inch tall by 1 Inch wide. These headers are designed to install in classic Mustangs that have the shock towers removed. These will NOT clear the factory shock towers.
