This pair of gussets is installed on the bottom of the driver and passenger side front torque boxes. They help to reinforce the torque boxes to the front frame rails for extra strength and rigidity. These gussets were originally installed on 68-70 Mustangs, but can be welded onto the 65-70 Mustang torque boxes for an excellent and simple upgrade the strength of that area on your classic Mustang!

These Dynacorn Front Torque Box Gussets have a weld-through primer which make them easier to weld and also helps protect them from rust. These are the reinforcement brackets that attach to the bottom of the driver-side and passenger-side front torque boxes for extra strength. Having the extra strength provided by these gussets is especially beneficial when the vehicle has a higher horsepower/higher torque engine installed.
