This 1964 - 1970 Mustang Complete Detroit Speed Rear Leaf Spring Mini-Tub Kit Includes all the necessary parts for a complete project package in the rear of your Classic Mustang. Since this kit widens the rear wheel housing with the install of the new frame section and inner wheel tub, it will allow you to install up to a 315 rear tire in your 64 -66 Mustang and up to a 335 rear tire in a 67 - 70 Mustang. The high performance leafs springs included in the kit do an excellent job handling higher horsepower and torque loads and will lower your Mustang about 1 - 1.5 inches from stock height.The high performance shocks in the package will give your Mustang a smooth, yet controlled ride. Additional sheet metal parts in the kit and the beefy rear upper main cross member will all work to stiffen up the rear uni body of your Classic Mustang to enable the car to better handle higher torque loads in the rear.
