This kit includes all the main components you need to convert your 1964-66 Mustang 6-Cylinder steering system to the stronger V8 Manual steering system. When converting to V8 Steering Components we also recommend upgrading to the new reproductions Drake V8 Spindles. This Manual Steering Conversion Kit includes everything else needed to convert over to the V8 steering system: Center Link, Inner Tie Rods, Outer Tie Rods, Tie Rod Adjusting Sleeves, Pitman Arm, Idler Arm, and Idler Arm Bracket. All components are supplied by All Classic Parts, a leader in aftermarket Mustang reproduction parts. IMPORTANT INSTALL NOTES: If you currently have 6 Cylinder Spindles we also recommend changing to new V8 Spindles as well, please see the recommended parts on this page. When installing these parts it is also a good idea to think about upgrading and replacing your steering gear box to a Sporty 16: 1 Ratio Box (Part # C5ZZ-3548-P)
