Overview:
The Sequential LED Headlights from Form Lighting are designed to upgrade your 2018 or newer Mustang. These premium OE-grade replacements offer sequential turn signals, a startup sequence, bright DRL, and a modern appearance.

Increased Light Output:
The headlights feature an LED main projector that provides improved output for both low beam and high beam. The beam pattern has a sharp cutoff with excellent center intensity and strong width to illuminate the road ahead. For high beams, there are also two extra LED reflectors, providing triple high beam output to throw additional light far down the road.

Startup Sequence:
The headlights come with modern lighting functions, including a startup or “welcome” sequence. When the running lights turn on, they will illuminate in a two-stage chasing sequence, creating an ultra-premium look.

Sequential Turn Signal:
In addition to the startup sequence, these headlights feature an integrated sequential LED turn signal. When the turn signal is activated, amber LEDs activate across the bottom of the lamp in a smooth, chasing sequence. They automatically “switch back” to the bright white DRL after completing the turn.

OEM-Grade Construction:
Form Lighting headlights are built with OE-grade materials and design techniques, including durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF-certified facility to ensure quality.

Road Legal:
The headlights meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada when installed and aimed properly. They are also equipped with integrated screw-type adjusters for easy aiming.

Plug-and-Play:
The headlights are designed to be plug-and-play for the main functions, with a single wire tap required to enable the sequential turn signal feature. They plug into your factory headlight connector, fit perfectly without any gaps, and do not cause errors, flickering, or hyperflashing.

Two-Year Warranty:
All Form Lighting products are rigorously tested and come with a two-year warranty. The warranty is supported directly by Form Lighting, and any replacement parts, if needed, are shipped quickly from Form Lighting’s US warehouse.
