Spanning 60.5 inches in width and 7 inches in height, the adjustable wing for the New GTC-200 is designed to provide optimal downforce for midsize and compact cars.
Each GTC Series airfoil is made of lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils are constructed using pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets for strength and minimized weight. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-pregnated composite processes (such as high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
The airfoils are supported by 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals, which are finished in flat black powder coat.
