Stainless Steel Fuel Tank for 65-66 Mustangs, 304 Stainless Steel Construction, 22 Gallon Capacity
Enhance your 1965 or 1966 Classic Mustang's fuel system with a stainless steel 22-gallon capacity fuel tank. These tanks are TIG-welded and hand-made using 304-grade stainless steel. Designed to accommodate an electric internal fuel pump for an upgrade to EFI or a high-horsepower carbureted engine application. These tanks include a specially designed internal chamber around the pump to help prevent fuel starvation and flow is provided through -6 supply and return ports. Additionally, Rick's tanks utilize a unique internal baffle design to help control slosh during spirited driving situations. The tanks feature integrated external mounting flanges made from thick CNC-machined stainless steel for a straight-forward installation into the stock trunk location of your classic Mustang.
